Milk Kefir is a naturally fermented probiotic food source made using cow, goat, sheep or coconut milk with the addition of milk Kefir "grains".

As well as its probiotic properties, milk Kefir is high in Vitamin B12, Calciuim, Magnesium, Enzymes, Biotin, Vitamin K2 and Folate.

It tastes similar to a drinkable yoghurt and can be used plain, flavoured or in smoothies.
